Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom products, including notary stamps and embossers, require an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
